Carl Thompson is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wait-Thompson & Associates. As clasroom teacher, school district department director, assistant superintendent, and consultant, He has spent more than twenty five years assisting California schools in a wide variety of technology, business, instruction, human resources, and support services areas.

Academic preparation includes a Master of Business Administration ( MBA) and Master of Science in Software Engineering (MSSE). Mr. Thompson holds a [lifetime] California teaching credential. In 2000, He was awarded a Chief Business Official (CBO) Certificate of Professional Designation by the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO).
